These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the SaaS offering provided by Growth Point Solutions, LLC ("GPS," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("Client") agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

GPS will build, manage, and maintain a customized Sales & Marketing System for Client’s business. This includes an AI-powered assistant engaging leads via SMS, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as auto-booking calls to Client’s calendar.2. Usage Credits & Additional Costs

Clients receive monthly credits for inbound/outbound SMS, MMS, and calls. If usage exceeds allocated credits, Client is responsible for additional costs incurred.

-Outbound Calls: $0.021/min

-Inbound Calls: $0.0128/min

-SMS Messages: $0.0119/segment

-Emails: $0.001/email

3. Payment & Billing

Client agrees to pay all applicable fees as invoiced. GPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Cancellation Policy

Client may cancel services with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

GPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of North Carolina.

7. Amendments

GPS may modify these terms with prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
